Cue — Terms of Use

Effective 11 September 2026 · Cue is made by Elihav Chemouni (echcomp.com)

What Cue is

Cue is a teleprompter and recording app for iPhone. You write a script, record yourself while it scrolls, and export a video with captions made from that script. By using Cue you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard licence terms for App Store apps.

Your content

Your scripts and recordings are yours. Cue claims no rights in them and never uploads them. You are responsible for what you record and for having the right to use any material in your scripts.

Your device

Everything Cue makes is stored on your device, including a Cue folder visible in the Files app. Deleting the app deletes what is inside it. Keep your own backups.

What we do not promise

Cue is provided as it is. Speech recognition, caption timing and export depend on your device, your language and your recording conditions and may not be perfect. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost recordings, lost content or indirect loss arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. The current terms are always at this address, with the effective date above. Continuing to use Cue after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Israel, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply where you live.
